recommended cholesterol intake is very low
don't tell me you eat more than 2 hard-boiled eggs every day
Well I wanted to eat 2 for breakfast along with a bannana, a small cup of raisin bran, and a half pint of 2% (that sticks me at 570 calories)
But then thats 130% of my daily cholesterol in 1 meal
>cholestrol is bad for you
Not this shit again
>he doesn't know the difference between HDL and LDL cholesterol.
Retard.
Is it not? Am I out of the fucking loop again?

So i'm probably OK then
No you aren't ok.
If you eat two eggs you will certainly die.
Maybe not from the eggs but certainly from something.
1 egg is like smoking 50 cigarettes, you're already going to die in your 40s with all the eggs you've eaten you carnist monster
>implying eggs are animals
>science proves anything
>the motivation to do the study
your low iq is definitely not ok
You could only eat the egg white but most of the nutrition is in the yolk. Sucks it's also loaded with cholesterol+sat fat (inb4 both are not detrimental). Eggs are tasty and versatile but I did cut them out of my diet.
>smoke cigs
>develop bad cough
>smell like shit
>feel like shit
>spend tons of money
>eat eggs
>healthy in moderation
>can eat them numerous ways
>don't feel like shit after eating a couple
Yeah, I'll stick with eggs.
holy fuck, I'm 45. how many eggs can I still eat before I drop dead of a massive heart attack?
Well considering I've eaten a minimum of two (and a maximum of 10 eggs) in one day every day for the past three years, I'll keep y'all posted on whether eating too much cholesterol is dangerous.
Cholesterol in your arteries is a sign of inflammation, not of eating too many eggs.
When you eat cholesterol it doesn't get absorbed by your gut and go directly into your arteries. The human body doesn't work that way. Cholesterol is an essential part of the structure of your body down to the structure of your individual cells.
Switch to the far superior Quail egg
for most people, dietary cholesterol doesn't have much, if any, affect on blood cholesterol
>serving size: 9g
Quail eggs have almost twice the cholesterol per gram.
So those egg council creeps got to YOU too, huh??
How many times does science have to tell you to stop eating animal meat?
>vegan
>science
okay friendo.
if you do the math it's worse for you you absolute retard

>Switch to the far superior Quail egg
Looks like more cholesterol per gram, actually.
You only eat one like a regular sized person.
