How do people argue over order of operations?
The entire purpose is to remove "well is that what they really meant" kinds of questions.

You see something like this in a scientific journal you compute it the way a calculator would. Additionally you learn that whoever wrote it had poor note taking abilities.

The solution is stop being a brainlet and use unambiguous RPN.

Distribute the 3 to the 2 and the 3 and combine like terms. 3x2=6. 3x3=9. 6+9=15.
15/15=1

So the answer is 1. This is basic fucking shit, easy as hell
