Diabetes is actually a disease of your cells being unable to use sugar because they're resistant to insulin. Insulin is released from your pancreas when you eat carbs. And it unlocks the cells for glucose to enter them. You have no idea what you're talking about. High fat diets may cause heart disease and other cardiovascular problems, but diabetes is not caused by fat. It is caused by sugar and quick digesting carbs like white bread.
