Caffeine is a competitive inhibitor, meaning they fight for the same substrate. Without a sufficient concentration it simply does not work. Imagine, putting one grain of salt into a bowl of soup, it won't flavor shit.

This is the worst sip advice I've ever seen. Sip white. It's harmless. No artificial colors. No sugar. Sucralose is fine. Sip in moderation. Then try orange.

Just drink the lower carb ones or the ones with toned down ingredients. Probably want to avoid the original drinks like old beetus (see pic).
