What did you have for dinner?

I went to the local markets and got some aged porterhouse, I panfried it until rare with salt and pepper and served it with butter and with some potatoes I boiled, fried and finished in the oven, pic related, I forgot to take a picture of the finished steaks so I just got a random pic from google

wow steak and potatoes

It was simple but it was good

last night i made Courgette garlic & chilli tagliatelle and some lamb chops in italian herbs
was pretty good, basic tho

Sounds good man

Halved squash and zucchini stuffed with sausage and cheese.

Simple and delicious.

Good man

How many days aged?

No clue mate, they didn't really have any sign saying so and I never thought to ask, was pretty good steak though, super tender and juicy, payed almost $30 dollarydoos for 3 steaks

leftover russian salad

Worth asking next time, aging only really matters up to a certain point anyway. After that the meat becomes really strong, tender as fuck, but almost cheesy..

It's an interesting process, worth a read if you've got time to kill

I'll definitely have to ask next time, the meat I got wasn't really cheesy at all, just tasted very beefy

chicken and rice

Looks pretty good. Recipe?

Thai curry. I was sweating while eating it. Inb4 whites can't handle spicy food memes.

Looks good. I will try it someday.

I ate these wings last night while drunk.
9/10 would eat again, drunk or not

Personally, I like to shove each individual hotwing into my urethra.

season 4 thighs and sear on both sides, remove.

add in mined bell peppers & onion. stir, soften. add garlic and 1/4 cup fresh oregano.

add 1 cup rice, toast. then 1.5 cups chicken stock. add back chicken thighs.

cover & bake at 400 for 30 mins
