Mixed in some diced tomato and chicken broth and seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano and sage

Covered and cooked on low for 20 minutes. Turned out pretty fucking good. I had some with some black beans i made the other day.

Not the best photo because it's marinated with rub and wrapped for an overnight in the fridge. It's pork shoulder, I'm attempting my first pulled pork. Not really much I can do tonight, but if thread is still up I'll post more when it's cook time.

No Op but for a homemade:
Make mayonnaise:
>1 egg
>1 coffe spoon mustard
>some pepper & salt
>1-2 tbs of vinegar
>some sunflower oil
>start mixing while dripping in about 2dl of sunflower oil so it emulsify keep on dripping until it gets as stiff as you want it

Or you skip that and use some bough mayo and go to step 2.
For one serving...
>what ever kind of mayo you want
>some slices of pickled cucumber
>some garlic (could be as little as 1/4 clove)
>what ever else you want in it like chili or cilantro
>cross-chop all till you have really small pieces
>mix under the mayo
>add extra salt/pepper to taste
