As long as were reviewing facts and figures, it's also true that rightwingers are the least intelligent political group on average. In fact, low intelligence in children is a strong predictor of rightwing ideology and racism in adults.

Because even after all these years we don't actually really know how intelligence manifests itself in our brains. Actual brain size and intelligence might not even relate. Even correlations seems to be rather poor.

there's certainly at least a weak correlation. larger networks are needed to accurately model complicated functions. there are even a few theoretical results about this.

The majority of intellegnce comes from the x chromosome. A female with an imperfect x will be compensated by the second x chromosome. The fact of the matter is that male brains, on average, are larger than female brains. Also, male and female brains differ in other ways (on average). And our behaviour is different (on average) - and there's a lot of evidence to suggest that there are biological reasons for this (chiefly hormones).
