i may fry some homemade nuggets later tonight still, no fres tho i dont feel like making them

Ever since i dropped weed a few days ago my appetite has dropped through the floor. Not complaining since im a skinnyfat dadbod and i could lose some lard, but i have nothing interesting to post thats food-related

Dinner was homemade bolognese (mushrooms, onion and carrots sautéed, grass feed ground beef, can of crushed tomatoes with some skim milk and gelatin, simmered until thick) no pasta.
Dessert was another small bowl of frozen fruit, skim milk,salt, gelatin and ice cream.
Just about to have a little more oj and go to sleep

500 calories of cinnamon raisin french toast with 1 tbsp maple syrup
A cup of cottage cheese and two cups of fruit(peaches, grapes, cherries)
Home made chili with fritos and sour cream
1/2 a cup of vanilla toffee ice cream
A glass of juice

in the past 30 hours i've eaten a bowl of cereal, munched on some string cheese and drank a lot of vodka

for some reason i can't stop losing weight

Woke up, sliced an avocado and made a sushi roll with some leftover rice and nori.

Snacked on sunflower seeds.

Went out and ordered a Starbucks smores frappuccino.

Met up with my parents at a barbecue place and split a basket of fries topped with cheese and bacon. Also had three ribs, ordered brisket but I was too full to finish and the rest is in the fridge.

Got home and ate more sunflower seeds. Then I have about 5 or 6 lychee nuts. Now I'm back to more sunflower seeds and fizzy water...thinking about that brisket in the fridge.

Yesterday I had a pork pie. It was p gud. 1.5 litres of water.

I went out to a cafe for breakfast with a couple of Chad's, sat there being awkward and trying to avoid eye contact.
I had poached eggs, bacon, toast, tomato, hash browns and sausages. Also had two strong cups of coffee that made me jittery and I almost shat myself.

Are those drumsticks wrapped in foil? Why'd you wrap them in foil?

Meant for

They take longer to cook than most food and theu need to be cooked through. Without the foil they would burn on the outside after 10 minutes and still be raw in the middle. With the foil yoh cook em for 20 mins then remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes to get the bbq flavour
