What would be the worst thing to eat if it were deconstructed?

My vote is for a cake.

Table salt.

Reconsider op's post but with the continued logic of comparative greatness of a dish over its individual components
I'd say toasted plain flour is a bit overkill but things like plain eggplant with nothing to balance it would "take the cake" in terms of horrible
Anyone able to think of anything else?

quiche would be up there. Imagine spoonfuls of raw egg and raw broccoli.

>"take the cake"

>take the cake

Relish or some shit

Right idea, wrong answer. Most of the stuff in relish is fine on its' own

mustard in the other hand

>Distilled Vinegar
>Sugar
>#1 Grade Mustard Seed
>Water
>Salt
>Brown Sugar
>Turmeric
>Onion Powder
>Spice
>Garlic Powder

That's the point of a cake though, it's just a bread with more sugar and fat added to it that people made for celebrations or other momentous occasions so they added more expensive ingredients like sugar, butter, and eggs.

this, or water

OK wise guy I don't think we're at the level of molecular deconstruction because that just gets retarded.

The reason people eat food is for the hydrogen in it. So if we're removing them, everything is going to seem unpalatable really quickly.

Worcestershire Sauce would be p. bad:

DISTILLED VINEGAR, WATER, MOLASSES, CORN SYRUP, SALT, SUGAR, SPICES, CARAMEL COLOR, ANCHOVIES, NATURAL FLAVORS (SOY), XANTHAN GUM, DEHYDRATED GARLIC POWDER AND TAMARIND EXTRACT.
