hang it over a candle for 12 hours and it'll be perfect.

No time for that. Super hungry. Going to be lazy with veg.

Let this bad boy rest awhile.

Cilantro, marjoram, peanut oil!

That looks flayed, not seared. That looks like a dead baby chest peeled of its skin! Nothing should ever be red like blood.

That's the way, uh huh uh huh...

Looks okay but you know you gotta post that money shot.

Regular cast iron skillet gives better sear

Those vegetables. What were you thinking?

That's prison food. No one deserves that.

Nom nom nom

It's still raw. Ew.

It's not raw it's just poorly cooked. It essentially stewed in its own filth.

Would eat.

add 200 degrees of that thin beef.

You cook everything cold. Stop that. If you're going to fry anything it's 400d F to 600d F.

Stop fucking up your own food.

Yeah. Normally I would fire up the Kamado Joe and give it 30 seconds a side at about 550F. Just couldn't be bothered tonight.

I think I love you.

I am in my own personal solitary confinement this evening, so perhaps it is appropriate.

So you do know what you're doing. Okay. I shuttup shutting up.

not bad I would eat it, but looking at the original image, you did not do this steak justice

Honestly, I love this post. I can relax.

>all-purpose seasoning
All you need is salt and pepper. A LOT of pepper.
Also ditch the veggies and just use garlic and butter.

I respect your preference. I eat a lot of steak, seasoned in many different ways, and this was my choice tonight. I will on occasion season it your way, particularly if I fancy a spot of pic related.

One of the few things the English actually do well.
