Instant rice

Shin bowl

Any baked pasta dish. Lasagna or casserole, whatever. Prep is usually streamlined, panwork is never overly complicated and once it's in the oven you have time to clean and clear the kitchen.

It's really the best.

Ramen

Steak

If you're good at cooking it's not even worth considering this question.

Second contender an oven pizza

winrar

Omelette

You confuse good with energetic

Coconut Milk & Curry Rice with Veggies.

Braised meat
Any bread that is entirely kneaded in a stand mixer and baked in a loaf tin
That late night meal, fueled by pure hunger, that you are able to execute more quickly and cleanly than usual

Most importantly...

Anything that doesn't require a shit ton of cleaning afterward

Pizza if you don't mind having it every day for a week.
>Make pizza dough ahead of time for a week's worth of pan pizzas (30 minutes of actual prep work)
>each take about 10 minutes to cook the crust and then broil the cheese and toppings
>while the crust cooks you can prep the toppings like sliced tomatoes, cheese, capers, artichoke hearts, etc.

I use whole wheat flour and go easy on the cheese so I don't feel like a lardass eating pizza for a week straight, but these things can always be adjusted.

Meatloaf

Delivered fast food. I dial a number and someone brings me food that was designed to be addictive. It's easy to see why everyone is fat.

You faggots are retarded and not nearly lazy enough to answer the question. Lasagna? Bread/pizza dough? Are you fucking nuts?

chinese takeout

This, or pic related.

A thin crispy pan pizza with a variety of toppings that you can change throughout the week is way more satisfying than toasted sandwich bread with eggs & bacon. It's like 5 minutes of extra work per pizza to make the dough, but much more satisfaction.

that's the fakest looking pbj sandwich I've ever seen

cracking open a bear

One soda for orders over $100.

Wow.

Pasta with melted cheese.

god bless

grilled cheese with canned tomato soup

did you even read the menu?

my comrade of african descent

Quesadillas
Chef salad
American chopsuey
Burgers

brutal

roast chicken

I'd say something simple like mocchi ice cream.
example:

Everything else needs spiced up or something.

Soup or stew.

Followed by casserole.

Milk.

I would say fried rice, the more you add to it, the better it becomes.

Conversely, the less you add the less like fried rice it is. I.e. try to omit egg or veg and all you have is some sort of pilaf.

>Eating it with a fork
>Not just shoving it in your mouth

What a fag. He talks like a fag too.

...

Caolina BBQ

Easily this.

>purchase USDA prime ribeye with plenty of fat
>heat skillet
>cook steak, baste with butter/pork fat
>enjoy

>What meal has the best ratio of effort to satisfaction?
euro-pancakes

this

...

pizza is pretty good, basically no effort and active cooking time is minutes

Halal?

This, although I disagree with lasagna specifically since the layering can time some time.

truth

Beef Stew.

>a good dough takes 24-72 hours to proof
>30-45 minutes prep

>sauce takes 20-30 minutes to prep, another 1+ if you have to cook it down

unless you make a big batch of both and freeze it, it is pretty time consuming.

This

>active cooking time
as in, the time you actually need to do things
it takes 5 minutes to mix the dough, prepping the ingredients, shaping the dough and applying the toppings is another five and throwing the sauce ingredients together is 3 minutes, then just let it simmer
that's 13 minutes of you actually required to do something

A free meal

Carbonara, most of the cook time is waiting for the pasta water to boil and there's basically no preparation needed beyond cutting your meat to the desired size and beating a few eggs.

>mix dough together in five minutes, then go do whatever you were going to do for the next day
>shape it into a loaf in thirty seconds, then go back to doing whatever you were doing for an hour
>pop it in the oven before you start cooking dinner
>perfect bread for the rest of the week
You're right, it is simply unmanageable.

>He doesn't know about autolyse and glutens

Enjoy your shitty pizza dough.

>he's never made no-knead bread
Can you imagine what it would be like to be the type of retard to smugly talk down to people over a topic you know nothing about?

THIGG

>he thinks that no-knead bread isnt shit

tip top kek

>Appetizers
>MSG with Orange Flavor

u wot?

>he thinks it is
wew

You might as well just buy a roll of pillsbury dough you lazy fat sack of shit.

one pot meals like beef stew. 20-30 minutes of prep then it's just a waiting game.

Yeah, just like from a cardboard tube.

Oh, I see it now. It's a joke. Mad Poster. I thought some of the other names were laughable too. Beef with More Beef, 50 lbs of white rice with every order, Flounder with Water Pistol

Eggs

trash

what's in that

looks like an omelette with green pepper, mushroom tomato and kraft shredded mexican cheese.

I used to make carbonara all the time, but the doctor said all the heavy cream and bacon was really taking a toll on my health. I miss it, though.

aglio e olio

It looks like a Denver Omelette.
mrbreakfast.com/superdisplay.asp?recipeid=1426

Thanks for the support. Their is something special that happens between any coloring you do in the pan and the re-cooking in the casserole that makes the whole thing deliver better than the sum of its parts. There are better foods but the time to effort ratio is pretty great on casseroles.

Denver Omlette where I am from (Denver) is that but covered in green chili sauce.

Chicken Kiev in the oven and steamed vege bags in the microwave

Beans are the worst about this, too much damn cleaning
>Made beans in crock pot a week ago
>Left it after, didn't feel like cleaning
>Come back a couple days later
>Maggots are growing in the bean water
>Cook them on high for a couple hours so I don't get a fly infestation
>Couple days later there are new maggots
>Do it again
>Last night there are even MORE
>Start cooking them but it suddenly starts smelling REALLY bad so I turn it off
>Compounding maggot smells fill the house
>Dump beans in the garbage but have to wait until nighttime to take trash out so nobody laughs at me
>Bring it to the dumpster at 3AM
>Try to clean stoneware
>Maggot stains won't come off even to SOS pad

Quesadillas require nearly zero effort and most of the time you don't even need to clean aftewards.

what a fucking retard.

>>Left it after, didn't feel like cleaning
>>Come back a couple days later
I hope you die of dysentery

Meat is way more effort:
>forget 2 lbs of beef in the back of my car over the weekend
>come back
>its all rotting away in my backseat
>smell wont come out even after i sprayed some AXE on it

Seriously, fuck meat, too much work involved

No this was the easy time, last time was worse

What did you expect? Maggots have no qualms with heat unless it's fire.

>tfw you find a maggot inside the pulled pork

That is why I will never go to asian restaurants with bbq in the menu.

Pan seared steak with salt and pepper.

>clean Mexican restaurant down the block

Lol?

Crock pots are a pain to clean but cheap, I just treat them as disposable cooking bins.

Cheese quesadilla

Steak, fried chicken, pulled pork

>read up some recipe for cooking beans because I hear it's cheap food
>"boil them in water 10 minutes, prepare another pot of boiling water, throw the bean's water out, replace with boiling water and repeat this 3 times"

seconding. very little actual cook time for me, just planning. salt/pepper steak and leave in fridge in the morning. start oven pre-heat and rice cooker right when getting back home. once pre-heat is done pop steak in for 25 minutes while relaxing. sear steak for 1.5 minutes with butter/garlic/whatever ans awecw.

Asado, just get drunk by the grill for about 45 min. and eat like a king afterward

Gott im himmel, that looks good!

Potato salad

Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe

if satisfaction = zero
then that's a shit ratio
rice is garbage and no one likes it

>rice is garbage and no one likes it

>america fag thinks he knows the world
dude rice must be the most eaten food in the world, not only most Asian countries eat it daily, in Brazil (the slightly less shittier mexico) it is also the basis of the diet together with black beans... rice is fucking great user

molten cheese with oregano and ham slices... or do I have to make the cheese and ham from scratch too?

pasta e aglio y olio

25

hot opinion ya got there, bitchboy

Oh yes

A good homemade pizza is not even close to being considered quick and easy, get fucking real.

Bacon and eggs or an omelette are extremely high satisfaction for medium effort.
Instant Noodles are decent satisfaction for almost zero effort.

Fairy bread probably takes the cake though.
