Currently working on this, with tao as a backup/review for difficult topics, do you have any recommendations for complex analysis?
If you already have some knowledge if holomorphic functions, Cauchy's theorem, analiticity, poles, or if you just don't give a rats ass about practical shir, then alfhors. If you want a first introduction I don't really know as I used the book of my professor, and the only one I know is marsden, but many people tell me it's shit.

Who's that girl?
That seems interesting, what are you studying, if not why read this book, do you have a hobby for biology?
im a biochemistry PhD candidate, i took a cancer class in undergrad. Very interested in elucidating molecular pathways, and a lot of cancer research is that. Just a hobby to read sections of it every now and then.
this is another good one, but much more technical and information heavy
sounds comfy
boring to 99% of people, but i enjoy it. other than the rare need to go in the lab in the middle of the night
thanks a lot, you guys are great
Definitely one of the best textbooks for economics.

it's an established, site-wide meme. using you're or your're.
That's a pamphlet and says nothing about economics. Use Das Kapital if you want some serious bait.
Tbh das kapital isn't even bait
It's comfy af
Perhaps not my favourite though I'll post more

Great book for learning about Veeky Forums
because thats my textbook this semester, and it is a great textbook
and even though i love chemistry, and organic chemistry, this orgo shit is so abstract, add to that the fact that i dont understand it as easy as i do pchem pisses me off
Imagine if someone on Veeky Forums literally cured cancer

The drug will be called "nigger-faggot-brainlet"
Good starting point for a beginner programmer like me. I'm going to pick up his book on Networking and find something more about concurrent and parallel programming next.
Not quite as science-ey as the other books here, but this thing has a soft-spot in my heart.

Does anyone know a good book about the heuristics of riemannian geometry? I'm having a hard time understanding why many of the concepts are iteresting properties to study.
thanks
get this
it explains how reactions occur much better than clayden does
though i really liked clayden, its all about memorization, whereas Moderen Physical OrgChem is teaching you why and how reactions take place in a much more detailed way
thanks user
no probs, i have the pdf if you want it
found it already, thanks again
plz do share the pdf
Hey me too! Easy shit desu
