It really depends on the theory
For instance , according to the Holograpic Principle, you would be just fine after you cross the Event Horizon but you 3D information would be compressed into the EH, which is 2D (3D information compacted into 2D planes is the definition of holograms).
According to some Swarzchild theories, you could theoretically end up in another part of the Universe or even in another Universe by exiting trough a White Hole.
And one of the most logical ones is the one that says the difference between gravity would increase rapidly until the gravity at your feet would be significantly greater than the gravity at your head, tearing you apart and turning you into a spaghetti (process called spaghettification)

If the hole was _extremely_ massive you might make it through the event horizon before dying. A large hole has less extreme tidal forces at that point.
But you'd still die and your atoms would be crushed and maybe even your quarks smooshed.
Latest theories deny white holes. A black hole would have to be spun up past the "extremal" condition before you could avoid the Singularity. So there's no escape.

BTW: Physicist Kip Thorne repeatedly explained to the director of "Interstellar" that escaping a hole and traveling in time was total BS. Nolan ignored him for the sake of "drama".

The white hole theory comes from nowhere.
A white hole is a time-revered black hole. The equations work in both directions. But it takes an infinite amount of time (viewpoint of distant observer in "flat" space) to fall into a hole. Also takes an infinite amount of time for anything to come out. So a white hole can't ever form.
All that jazz about using BHs and WHs as "shortcuts" across the universe (or to other universes) is a relic left over from the days before the physics were better understood.
That doesn't mean "wormholes" can't exist, but the termini and not WHs and BHs.

Wormholes are connections with two ends.
They _may_ form "naturally" down at the Planck length where the very concepts of space and time (and, therefore, Relativity) break down.
They'd appear and dissolve randomly. To be "useful" they'd have to be stabilized and enlarged. "Stabilized" because their curvature is equivalent to a gravitational force trying to "pinch" them off. You'd need a counter-force. Negative gravitation, in effect. That requires "negative energy" (which does exist, but only in minute amounts. NOT the same thing as antimatter.) See en.wikipedia.org
This would permit FTL and time travel. Most (though not all) physicists think this is impossible but no one has been able to _prove_ it. Unless you count the absence of visiting starships and historians from the 24th century as "proof".

No, you'd die as you cross it. Lets say you fall in feet-first. This means that your feet cross the event horizon a brief moment before your legs. So they're severed. Worse yet, your heart crosses before your brain.
Basically, it's like being instantly sanded down into sub-atomic particles. There's no surviving it.

It depends on the hole. For a really massive one without very fast spin, you could cross the event horizon and not even notice. You could hypothetically live on a spacecraft or, fuck, an entire planet inside the event horizon of a supermassive black hole but outside the singularity for an arbitrarily long time, you just can't leave and will eventually hit the singularity.
You seem to confuse the event horizon with the singularity itself. You aren't atomized by the event horizon. Crossing the event horizon is a death sentence, but if you were in a black hole with the right conditions, you might not be destroyed by the singularity until years later.
