I don't know what it is but in my experience people really want to believe straight up bullshit about nutrition. Like it's not a very well studied science and they always seem overly confident they know exactly how it works.

There is nothing wrong with hamburgers if you use your own beef/turkey or make sure whatever you buy has very few ingredients. Shouldnt be anything except the meat and some seasoning. Bread should also be low salt and in ingrdients....look for open nature stuff, orowheat uses soy and so much fucking salt in their breads. The rest is just vegetables, substitute lettuce for spinach. Tomatos, onions, pickles. Its not that fucking hard to have a healthy hamburger because at the end of the day, all it is a super sandwich with meat, whole grains, and vegetables stacked together.

Pizza is bad because its a big sodium and carb bomb. Taste great but shouldnt have more than 3-4 times a month.

Canned food can be gross but also useful. There is nothing wrong with anything frozen, like frozen meat, bread, fruit, or vegetables. Unless you are talking frozen things like hot pockets.

Replace the cow milk with almond milk. No hormones, less sugar, more vitamins. Cheese, butter, yogurt etc are fine to have

You can eat a slice of pizza every day and be perfectly healthy. The problem is that here in America everyone has been brainwashed into thinking that if you can't eat 10 servings of something a day, four times a week, then it isn't healthy and will cause you to be unhealthy or gain weight just by eating it once.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm no nutritionist or biologist by any means but a lot of what she says is half right and half sensationalist vegan bullshit. She has the right ideas, but the wrong reasons why. Where are all the fat people of the past? Sure, there were stocky people, but that was typically because they were big boned. People of today just eat way, way to much. The calories to mass ratio hasn't changed, but the calories to volume ratio has.
