-Left half of shifted shape flipped
Online IQ tests are bullshit and fake

How to spot this:
Assume there's a sequential pattern for 3 sequences.
Notice that there's only 3 "spherical/curvy" symbols in total. And they form a warped line. The warped line follows a clear pattern. Notice that Top-Right -> Mid Center, follows the same pattern, Mid-Center to Mid-Bottom is a bit trickier, but doable. Now we only have one warped line left and we're done.
The one he's doing is fairly accurate

I'm studying fucking comparative literature and I could solve it with no problem. That IQ test is legit shit if this is the most difficult exercise.

I get top right too. The trick is the mirror circles are inverted but you can't tell because they are symmetrical. so the pattern is
there is one of each shape in every row
you invert the right half of the circle the triangle and the U, then invert it in the last row
There is two of one shape and one of the other in the column
