I suggest the same. I am making wings later for the UGA vs ND game. Fry the wings at two temperatures. 300F for about 4-5 minutes. Then boost the temp to 375 to crisp for 2-3 minutes. For the sauce, melt 1/4 cup margarine and saute some a couple Tbls of diced onion or shallot with a diced jalepeno (leave in the seeds for a hotter sauce). Add about half a cup or more Franks Red Hot sauce until it is the consistency you like. Put wings in bowl and pour over the sauce. Toss to combine.
