this is a great food, plenty of nutrients and very good for children

my homeland is louisiana and we eat froglegs- usually fried though. sometimes baked

my city is canada , we don't have many frog:(, so i sometime eat froglegs :3.

You ever harvest?

I've eaten frog legs in restaurants, but it seems everything I've seen in ponds are little buggers. Easier to just poach bunnies out of season then cook those up. (don't tell the cops pls)

no i get them already gigged and cleaned.

Theres a beer bar near me that serves these fried. They are great. So tender.

Some of my favorite meals have been pulled from drainage ditches. Frog, crawfish, cat, all good eating.
Probably better not to get them from obviously contaminated, stinking turdwater, but whatever man

oh my god, my favorite food :D
I am in Mexico

My condolences.

Very good food :D

I really like this post

Frog legs should be sauteed. Baking them is for faggots.

I tend to but those sorts of things into a 5 gallon pot full of fresh clean water, and leave them overnight in that before eating em.

I do the same with crab too, crabs got a ton of silt and shit in em.

I'm from NC. We have some big bullfrogs around here, but the only people who eat them are our lowcountry cousins to the south.
