And you?

It's game day. Gonna have hot ham n' rolls, and a bunch of beer.

First stew since last winter

Vegetable stir fry for dinner. Yum yum.

sausage casserole with porcini and chanterelle mushrooms,
roast potatoes
braised savoy cabbage
steamed broccoli

I had a left over ramen seasoning packet mixed up in some hot tap water.
I added some hot sauce so it almost felt like a real meal.

2 piri piri chicken burgers with harissa ketchup and tiger bread rolls.
Was good considering I was just being lazy.

holy poverty

shrimp scampi

doesnt look like you sealed it before putting it in the pastry

had some shitty homemade "sushi" with crabstick and avocado because I didn't feel like cooking, along with some strange peanut chili sauce I made while drunk three nights ago.
It wasn't that bad all things considered, but I'd rather have had your pic for dinner, OP.

Filet mignon.

Spanish tortilla. I used J. Kenji Lopez-Alt's recipe with salt and vinegar chips. I'd give it a B. I probably shoudl've used more chips.

For sides I made onion/jalepeno rajas and had some leftover kale and beans cooked in a red chile sauce (guajillo/ancho).

Sounds tasty, user.

Looks more like Beef Rarington

If this post ends in 7 i will go buy some whiskey and some good food

If you mean seared, I did. Only about 30 seconds on each side, all it needs for the maillard reaction. I cooked it sous vide

That shit is raw

Shakshuka. But I cut the chili like a retard and now all of my fingers burn.

I'm sorry user

Are you sure that animal isn't still alive?

This beef is clearly cooked but rare. But in OP's picture it looks positively raw.

That's because that picture was baked, OP's picture is sous vided. It's not raw, it's rare/medium rare all the way through. The reason it looks uncooked is because the heating is so even it doesn't overcook the edges like in
