Fermented or vinegar brined?

looks good

seems like you work at a school and they catered something

brined of course.

>vinegar brined instead of fermented

Plebe, open your mind.

fermented pickles smell and taste funky

Actually it was a free lunch at a livestock auction yard. Tri-tip, Portuguese beans w/ linguica, and rolls. Pretty gud desu

>vinegar brined
You brine with salt not vinegar.

A "Vinegar brine" means a brine (Salt water) that also contains vinegar.

Have you never made pickles before? Are you unaware that the salty vinegar used to make pickles is called brine?

True. I use a 4% salt solution that allows the cucumbers to safely ferment producing lactic acid which has a much less harsh sourness than vinegar pickles imho.

Both brine and marinade are words which are based on seawater

Those cucumbers don't look very pickled but otherwise that's a fine looking Cuban.
