Did you really have to halt the plot 3/4 of the way in to have a detailed and statistically backed up rant about the fractional reserve banking system of your made up world? It seemed scarily antisemitic in a very obvious metaphorical way. I think it might have been loosely adapted from somewhere else. During one paragraph it seemed "Elf" was replaced by "Aryan" and "Goblin" with "thieving, conniving, semitic, kike trash"!

From what I understand, Amazon doesn't give something a sales ranking until it's been bought at least once so there must have been buyers for it to even be ranked now. Though it's fair to assume that 99% of them never actually read it.
