Philosophical Consequences of Quantum Theory: Reflections on Bell's Theorem

provocative and perturbing. The empirical failure of local realism should at least force us to reevaluate what physicalism actually entails.

That's not me, I'm the Hungarian and I'm one of your hated liberals, I just want to know how the fuck did you decided that I'm an antisemitic?

It's fucking amazing.

are you a physicist or a philosopher?

just a concerned citizen

seriously though, are you a physics major or a philosophy major? I want to get into the philosophy of physics but my stem career ended at calc 2 (not because I was failed or anything though)

>19

>White Noise - Don DeLillo

It's great. Reminds of IJ's characters, with the wacky smart family and obsession with entertainment.

Neither. Philosophy is a hobby for me and I enjoy reading (non-pop) physics when I can. As someone who is also big on the philosophy of physics I'd say you'd have no problem getting into it. Occasionally it may get equation heavy but philosophers of physics have a remarkable ability to explain physical concepts and their philosophical relevance without descending into the reified abstractions you typically find in the works of popular science like Hawking and Krauss
