Oxford is more equivalent to Harvard, and Cambridge Yale, from my understanding.

Untrue. Both are close to Harvard. In that both are still considered top undergraduate and graduate schools with also significant research. Both attract both the very best talents as well as having some spots go to just the rich and wealthy. And the differences between both barely have any relevance to American schools.

I'm going to apply this year, and I was wondering whether people who experienced the interview could give me some insight.

The test seems okay, but the interview questions are incredibly difficult. Assume that I get 75-85 on the MAT and that I'm called for interview. What can I do between now and December to ensure that I do well at interview?
