Why isn't powdered salt more of a thing like powdered sugar? It sticks and coats things like fries easier, and mixes in with other powdered spices easier (garlic, onion, chili, etc).
Extra virgin olive oil with some crusty sourdough bread, charcuterie, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and olives.
