Di San Xian. Potato, eggplant, and bell pepper first deep-fried to desired doneness, then stir-fried with garlic, ginger, green onion, and soy sauce.

tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream

throw the chips on a tray, cheese on top in the oven at 300 for 15 min, then top with sour cream

the western diet is basically:

bread/wheat
eggs
milk/milk products

literally thousands of things to make with these

personally I'm extremely lazy and can never be fucked cooking so I eat:

muesli + milk
sardines from can
mi goreng
two fried egg on toast
peanuts
apple and banana
orange juice

that's literally like 80% of my calories, sometimes I eat rice and expired pies

rice
beans
hot sauce

This.

Mirin works too in place of the soy sauce if you prefer sweet to salty

meat of choice
water/chicken broth
spice of choice

poor man's soup can be pretty good.

Moules
White wine
Shallots
Butter
Some herbs

Serve with bread. I know it's more than three but imo butter and parsley don't really count

super simple

I mean, you could just stir fry eggplant, then potato, then bell pepper, and add soy sauce at the end. That'd be the simplest way to do it.

that's 2 ingredients not 3 you dingus

Missing a key ingredient there, bud.

>3 ingredients or less
>garlic, butter, soy sauce, msuhrooms.jpg

Rice
>Rice

You can also add black pepper if you're feeling fancy.

>garlic butter
>industrial grade chemical cancer

>>too inept to make his own garlic butter

Rice and Tomatoes and Beans in Ricecooker with some oil and Seasoning.
Eat that shit with Soy Sauce. You can even crack an egg over it if you feel fancy.

Other poverty meal would be homemade Pizza. Make some dough put marinara sauce, Mozzarella and dried oregano on it et Walla you got yourself a spicy meatball

that's still 2 ingredients dipshit

Who? Google just turned up a bunch of Facebook profiles.

>elbow macaroni

1part flour to 2 parts water , add a sprinkle of salt and fry on a skillet

Easy parmigiana

Eggplant
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella

LOL must be his white privilege not to think about water as a requirement.

Not him but here you go:
>milk and flour
>distill water from milk, use it to bake bread with flour
>make macaroni from water and flour using your macaroni press
>process milk to obtain cream, beat that until butter separates
>make cheese from milk
>use condiments or whatever as third ingredient

3 sardines

crunch peanut butter
grape jelly
bread

panna cotta

Seriously...most of you cannot cook.
Salt you stupid fuckers. It is an ingredient.
Use it.

try subbing mayo for butter.Bretty good

can of sardines
garlic
eggs

mash up the sardines, cook with sliced garlic, crack some eggs in and fry them in the hot fish mash

probably want to cut that with some bread but you can TECHNICALLY eat it as-is

Spaghetti carbonara.
Spaghetti, bacon, parmesan and eggs.
Fuck, 4 ingredients. Sorry, OP.

Ive done this and now do it routinely with tuna instead

tuna egg and onion is also good. Or with canned herring or mackerel

black pepper

Sausage, frozen perogies.

Throw on a baking sheet and then into a 350 oven for 20 mins.

Olive Oil
Veggies of your choice (carrots, beets, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
Salt/Pepper/Seasoning

1. Chop up the veggies you want in bite sized chunks

2. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil and seasonings until they seem pretty covered

3. lay them on baking tray

4. heat oven to 400 degrees, cook for 20 - 35 minutes and flip them halfway through if you want all sides covered

ez pz roasted veggies that are good for you and tasty.

Tonight I chopped potato, onion, carrot and roasted them.
Tossed in a tortilla with a little cheese.

Good to go.

Instant ramen
1 hot water
2 the noodles
3 the packet of seasoning

(I just wanna post this)

canned tuna
onion/shallot
dice up a few tomatoes or use canned
garlic
basil
salt and pepper everywhere
serve over any kind of noodle

It's called dashi you absolute plebeian.

Miso Paste
Dashi
Kombu

Water is technically an ingredient I guess.

Christ, this edgy wording, did you write that chili vertical by chance?

bazella

meat
onion
potato
peas
tomato paste

brown meat + onion, add small can of tomato paste with 1c water, diced potatoes, and frozen bag of peas. cook til everythings done, pour on rice.

sounds like it would taste bland but it's the best shit.

caprese

mozzarella
tomato
(basil|salt|oil)

zomg your privilege is showing. check your privilege, you misogynist gynecologist!!
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

>Miso Paste
>Dashi
>Kombu

Not quite. There is no Konbu in miso soup, except that used to make the dashi. The seaweed in the soup is wakame. Tofu and green onions are also typical ingredients.

Make dashi from katsobushi, konbu, and water.
Strain out the katsuobushi and konbu.
Add miso paste, wakame, tofu, and green onions.

I find mayo curdles when it's heated, breddy bad imo, but that's just me

...that "3 ingredients or less" thing went right over your head, eh?

fried egg sandwich. scramble egg, fry. toast bread. put it together.

>canned tuna
>egg noodles
>cream of mushroom

genius

Scrambled eggs with toast and tea

...

>not using olive oil

This is the superior lazy meal. Sour cream and mustard are the appropriate condiments

>dirt cheap
Yeah, I thought you'd like that. Poorfag.

It's a seasoning.

Maybe in baking

Oh hey joe
