I, however, don't own a rice cooker. And that's still not a recipe.

You make them with the same recipe as regular pancakes, but in a rice cooker. If you don't have a rice cooker you can't make them.

In Denmark we often use beer and lemon zest in our pancakes. We also don't use baking powder. Our pancakes are flat.
Something tells me I'm not supposed to put regular pancake batter in a rice cooker and expect those fluffy hot cakes.

Here's your recipe. Don't forget to do it in a rice cooker.

Though if you want it nice and fluffy, beer is always a good idea cause of the yeast.

How does that work? I guess you have to buy non-pasteurized beer and then you let the batter sit for hours so the yeast can do its thing? Otherwise I can't see how the yeast could possibly affect anything?
