It's all about mushrooms and garlic, man. Not the little chopped shitty garlic from a jar but roasted cloves. If they don't have roasted garlic as a topping they're not worth ordering from.

Like anywhere else we have different kinds of pizza. If you get it traditional style from a place that has a stone oven it will be crisp. NY style is floppy. If you get delivery pizza then you can choose what kind of crust you want--thin crust is crispy, others are softer/floppier.

Not sure about this flavour combination. I'm sure it'd be fine but I would probably choose sausage and onion.

Anyway I'm firmly in the camp that believes there is such a thing as too many toppings on a pizza so two is my max. Sometimes I get none at all.

Not every place, but usually yes. If I could get oil cured greek black olives on any pizza order, of course I would. However, there is one pizza place here run by some Lebanese guys that uses both black and green olives on all their pizzas which aren't shitty canned olives. But, they're not always open when I order pizza so I make do. BUT how can you say green olives are bad on pizza? They're fantastic. Or are you just insulting the typical black olives.

I always get cheesesteak meat and broccoli. That covers all the bases for me. A meat, but not a spicy one that will overpower the other flavors. A vegetable, something green and with some crunch.

Living close to a good pizza place is a real blessing.
