pour like a quarter inch of fat into your skillet and pan fry them. cook them on medium and flip after a couple minutes.
to bread them just season up some flour and season up some egg wash (egg+little water). make sure your chicken finger are mostly dry. then coat in seasoned flour, knock off the excess flour and dip in egg wash and dredge it again in the flour. shake off excess flour and put in your already hot oil. you may never buy premade tedies again user
