So far I have:
chicken
eggs
olive oil
salmon
tuna
coconut milk
sour cream
A little bit of cabbage
A little bit of tomato
A microscopic quantity of beans

What other keto items (high fat low carb) should I stock up on to make good shit out of? Also, how good is this diet for you guys?

NOTE = the other keto thread on here shows meals with chunks of fuckin potato in it, that's a really bad idea... a large part of the ketogenic benefit kicks in from having under 50g of carbs a day.

I love it. So many options and possibilities with food. Easily adapted.

Steak, turkey, beef patties, ham, bacon, sausage, heavy cream, avacado, parmesan, shirataki noodles, zucchini, ranch dressing, mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, stevia, Coke Zero, coconut flour and oil, low carb tortillas, almond milk, macadamia nuts, cauliflower, sugar free jello, cream cheese, any cheese you want really, Michelob ultra or a beer of your choice/vodka, butter, etc. etc. etc. geez so many possibilities on keto. Best diet ever. Just count carbs and watch your calories. Also increase sodium, magnesium, and potassium intake. Supplement if necessary. You will need it as your body will be dumping fluid. Drink plenty of water since you can get easily constipated if you don't.

Also dark chocolate. 85% or higher

1 TBS is 2 grams carbs. It's ok to dip raw zucchini in. But yeah, gotta watch it. The carbs add up so fast. I save almost all of mine for liquor on the weekends

Here is a thing that I was worried about starting this fag diet: Drunk.
My bro who was totally hardcore "if it's veg, grows above ground, and is green" type
told me that alcohol wouldn't work on this diet.
Alcohol works on this diet.
I'm not sure how alcohol works carb wise, but I can tell you that I drink ~a fifth of vodka every night. I cut hard (1500 calories) and it works.

I don't really care. I'm working on weight, not quality of life.
Quality of life will be tackled later.

Guise I just found cauliflower for the first time at the grocery store. It's not a common thing here. What do I make with it?

Steam it like broccoli and you add cheese to it. Best to combine it with Broccoli. Or look up a keto recipe with Cauliflower.

Anything really. I like mine baked in a casserole form ( for keto ...almond milk and butter, then semi mash it all together) and top with pepper jack cheese ( 350 X 15 min) or steamed topped with cheddar sauce.
You can "rice" it, mash it, bake it, eat raw, make into a crust, etc.
