I just saw this video and it got me interested in Fascism. How do i research the ideology? What background knowledge does one require to understand Fascist works? Any reading lists or guides?

I'd recommend For My Legionnaires by Codreanu
Fascist here:
>Gentile's work
>Imperium
>Cantos
>Mussolini's essay
>
>Fascism: Theory and Practice
Read some Ezra Pound
Cultured Thug has an entire channel devoted to it.
What other (informative) fashy channels do you know?
Marshall Ironsides.
that symbol is more imperialist than fascist tho
absolutist crowned heads do not equal fascists
Stay away from dumbed down garbage for internet LARPers. Go try to understand the actual philosophy behind the movements, read history books on fascist intellectual thought, etc.
>look this faggot up
>50min videos
>muh Jews
>constantly mispronounces names
Reeks of pseud.
It looked pretty cool
>fascist
>intellectual
does sucha thing exist?
its called communism
fascists are mostly retards tbqh
Trotsky - What is Fascism?
As are communists. I mean come on. Nobody in their right mind calls himself either a communist or a fascist.
I however think that there are right-wing intellectuals which should respond to, reflect upon and criticize the approaches and methodologies of fascist movements.
>As are communists. I mean come on. Nobody in their right mind calls himself either a communist or a fascist.
This
Liberalism is the logical conclusion to history
The theoretical end of history, in the hegelian sense
Both sides are equally retarded, only through liberty, free markets, and equality can we acheive the future
no doubt, it's cool as fuck
The three most important thinkers for understanding the intellectual lineage of fascism are Werner Sombart, Georges Sorel, and Joseph De Maistre
have you read voegelin? you might enjoy this
This guy is the definition of the delusional globalist kool-aid drinker, the jew's pathetic motto regurgitator.
Anarcho-Syndicalist here. Equality and free markets are mutually exclusive.
Fukuyamaism died on 9/11 the status quo won't be able to survive because of global factors like climate change, terrorism, growing inequality etc.
fucking ironic to see fascism on Veeky Forums tho, you know they burn books right ?
Since you're speaking English I assume you're Anglo-American. This means that none of this continental garbage will actually help you understand fascism in a way that could push it in any area of your own culture.
Therefore, I recommend:
>Fascism: 100 Questions Asked and Answered by Oswald Mosley
cnqzu.com
He basically lays out a party program very quickly, but it's decipherable.
>On Heroes, Hero-Worship, and the Heroic in History by Thomas Carlyle
>The Latter-Day Pamphlets by Thomas Carlyle
Basically read anything by Carlyle.
And then after that I would look at more populisty/nationalist works such as anything about Tory Democracy, the early American Progressive movement (basically indistinguishable from Fascism in many senses), and also Pat Buchanan (more of a traditionalist 'paleoconservative' but it can lead you to fascistic conclusions in many ways.)
You could look at Yockey as well.
Thanks a bunch mate. Do you have any materials on British labour history?
If you follow Carlyle's disciples you will end up with the Fabian society and Labour too. Carlyle is a very influential guy.
Read Gilbert Allardyce's essay "What Fascism Is Not"
Yockey could work for our current post-Soviet times, I guess. Also check out some closer to White Suprem/National types like Lothrop Stoddard or maybe de Gobineau, you might find something in there.
I'm not a fascist myself, but these seem to be the things that are recommended most among them/gets the philosophy through the best.
>you know they burn books right
This is the kind of idiotic truism that gives fascism traction to begin with. EVERY authoritarian system burns books. The last political book destruction in my country was committed, you guessed it, by left wing radicals. And that includes a bunch of irreplacable texts, BTW.
Seeing fascism on Veeky Forums is no more ironic than seeing socialism on Veeky Forums. After all, socialists are some of the most prominent bookburners in history. And why? Because they follow a totalitarian ideology that has a naked desire to put its stamp on every aspect of society. Including what you read. Which leads us to the real irony of Mein Kampf being illegal or having been illegal in most of Europe.
start with studying the history of fascist italy first of all
mussolini just did what he wanted to do and then barely tried to rationalize his actions into an ideology
after all he said "fascism is action"
Funny because I've never met an intelligent socialist or communist in real life; intelligent leftists moderates? Yes. But the commies were all idiots.
>people who think x are stoopid lmao.
>achieve the future
>idealized and spooked idea of future
>not perceiving future just for what it is, but for the utopia he got in his mind
You're retarded
>spooked
ez with those buzzwords kiddo
Boooooring. Who gives a shit about equality, it can only be forced and it'll never be really implemented.
bah gawd that's the twentieth century's music
>implying nazism=fascism
>implying they burned all books, or that they were against reading
There's a cute little book called Coup D'Etat - The Technique of Revolution, written by the Italian journalist and novelist Curzio Malaparte; it's a semifictional report about various successful and unsuccessful revolutions - namely, Bonaparte's, Stalin's, Mussolini's - that may be best portrayed as the liberal Prince of the 20th century.
You spend too much time on this board.
Stop being dense, you don't work to achieve THE future (I'm still amazed at how retarded this phrase is), you work to make the present better, if you care
