We're going eating today cu/ck/s

I hope you brought antibiotics with you. Those cooks haven't cuci tangan after wiping their pantat.

Street food is best food, especially in Asia.

My immune system is used to it

Never gotten sick from eating out here desu

Even better

We are here for the most delicious durian in the world

RM55/kg

I ate anything and everything on the street in Thailand and didn't get sick once.
Tell your immune system to git gud cause Asian street food is fucking amazingly good.

The seller will crack them open for you

They're so delicious Chinese buyers have started importing them to China and it's driving the price up

The flesh is very creamy and it tastes like a pungent, bitter vanilla custard

...

...

The seeds are starchy and can be boiled and eaten if you like

>AH FOOK

Hope you enjoyed today's durian delights

We had about RM100 worth of durian per person and are completely stuffed

Do they stink as bad as people say?

He is a respectable purveyor of fruit

Yeah they're very pungent, I love the smell

Second round of food at a place known for their steamed fish heads

...

Do they serve the whole heads or just the meat? I hear head meat is actually really good. In some Scandinavian land they eat goat heads. Looks super fucked up, but it's supposedly the best meat on the whole goat

It's basically the front half of the fish, there's a lot of good meat on the head

Cheek meat is the most succulent

Steamed with a ton of minced ginger

Noice. I'm eating right now, too, btw. :3

It's just some cheap canned pea stew, though. Still tastes breddy gud.

Where in Malaysia is this?

Also, in a fight between Malaysia and Singapore, who would win?

If it tastes good that's what matters

I'm partial to certain brands of instant noodles myself

Kuala Lumpur

Singapore when it comes to military might, Malaysia when it comes to food

All gone

I'll post more shit from the past couple weeks if this thread is still up in a few hours

I thought you didn't drink alcohol, Borneo. Is there a MAN with you? REEEEEEEEEE

>if this thread is still up in a few hours
literally impossible for a thread on ck to be archived in that short of time

I

Lack of street food is the worst part about being a flyover

neat thread is neat

I never got into durian. My wife, sister and mom love it but I just can't

It's a girl food.

How is something that people describe as smelling like rotten shit and decaying animals a "girl food" though?

Sawadee crunch KFC

Thai spiced with lots of lemon pepper

Yeah my dad

Heart you too

My bro hates it too

I wonder what the difference is that makes people love or hate it

fuck, I've been eating so much garbage food lately and this just makes me wanna go to church's and completely fuck my week up.

Pork and chive dumplings with pickled chillies

It's better as an occasional treat

Bakso, meatball soup
Heavy on the garlic and incredibly delicious

Giant meatball is stuffed with minced meat

Ayam penyet - smashed chicken

Spiced with turmeric, ginger and garlic then deep fried

fuck that looks good

It is very good. Had it with a coconut-mandarin drink

Dim sum - har kau, siew mai and steamed meat buns

Rubies in coconut milk

The 'rubies' are water chestnut rolled in cornstarch and dyed red

OOF
already ate dinner but you're making me hungry

US has dumb street food, in the big cities you get tiny portions of hipster-tier food for expensive prices. The only cheap street food is hot dogs. Maybe some cities have it good, but the US is a shit street food country.

>siew mai

What the fuck are you talking about, nigger?

retard

Cheap and fresh salmon sashimi and hokkigai nigiri

Steamed pork dumpling with mushroom and shrimp

God yes, that looks like a good helping of wasabi. Here in Canada they give you a pinky tip sized dollop of wasabi and I always have to ask for more.

>no smoking sign
>grandpa is smoking
I want to have a cig with him

Are those Leopard 2s? Singapore is packing heat!

More dim sum

Fug da polees

...

Sarawak laksa, the best breakfast dish on the planet Earth

Spicy and fragrant coconut-shrimp broth with vermicelli noodles and a variety of toppings

Siew pao

Baked pork buns

Roast pork

Fried chicken

>grandpa
He's uncle at most. Chinamen live to be 200 years old on average.

Now THIS is my kind of meal. Looks tasty.

Looks good

Ladies fingers with garlic and half a salted duck egg

It's all good shit

Deep fried salted anchovy

Eaten dunked in vinegary chilli sauce

My dog

Hope you enjoyed this thread

I like this thread. Keep it up, Borneo

Looks tasty. How's the sambal?

No smoking

cute pupper

I always wonder what exactly make the Somay wrapping look and feel different than the other similar dimsum.

Made me want to travel again. Thanks for sharing.

Pungent and spicy

Good stuff

Very

Cheers

I'll put up another thread once I've amassed enough quality content

It's a lot thinner that's true

The best thing about travel is eating

You are either a girl or a fag. Look at those nails

Both desu

Don't eat it LOL

thanks for the thread OP, interesting dishes

hi borneo :3 any rocks today?

Do you live in some sort of Food Heaven?

cute! good thread!

Goddamn Borneo, this reminds me of the trips my wife and I would take before we had kids.

I should drown my children.

do it

This thread reminded me I live in food hell
no really.. we have nothing

they have laws banning street food and if you want fresh sea food it costs an arm and a leg

Central Illinois how I hate you

(dubs)
>laws banning street food
holy shit
isn't this what you Americans have guns for? take back your government

But these are indonesian food. Fucking malingcucks claiming our food as theirs again.

>reee stop eating and enjoying our foot
lmao how petty and pathetic
food is made to be shared

They ban street food or street carts?
Most of the things posted here are street food but they are served in permanent or semi-permanent establishments, which are perfectly fine. The food from street carts though, hmm.

Smells awful tbkh user smells owwwfoulv

>fresh sea food
>Illinois
I think it would literally be impossible for you to get fresh sea food, no matter how much money you were willing to spend.

Most seafood is frozen at sea. In those industrial plant sized ships.
The same exact catch is sold both as fresh and frozen.

So by that reasoning, what do you consider seafood that's not fresh?

Fucking Queers
