Memes, /pol/ and ideological hatred aside -- Has anyone here read it? In terms of Veeky Forums, how is it? Yes, it already out. It's also on certain torrent websites.

Ideologues bereft of intellectual curiosity need not apply.

Group reading when?

I just want ordered a copy on amazon. Haven't read it yet though.

I'm interested in what he has to say about his life, but I can't stand him when he talks so I won't read this. Also he hasn't been relevant since February.

>I just want ordered a copy on amazon

pdf somewhere? it's probably boring shit OP, milo has done a million interviews so this book is probably just a rehash of the same ideas he has already used everywhere. he has a high verbal IQ as it can be seen when he speaks so fast on most interviews, but he speaks for the masses and for fame so nothing of value will be gained by putting that in book form except for some normies to buy their first book in the last 20 years and some of them maybe will read a few chapters after uploading some pics holding the book to instagram.

still going to read it if i find an online copy at some point, but i don't have many expectations

It's surprisingly good. Milo is up there with Burroughs, Genet and Mishima.

There's no way these are ever good right? Regardless of the leaning, no ghostwritten book by a popular news figure could possibly be worth reading other than to back up your own ideology. Any book "by" Clinton, Sanders, Milo, Trump, anybody at fox news, could really have any value, right? You'd be better off reading their website or press releases for policy info.

Anybody got a link to this pamphl- I mean book?

milo is a journalist and kind of smart, it's probably just copy/pasted stuff he wrote for university talks, so mostly shit written for teenagers, but he probably wrote it himself, at least the main points even if he got somebody else to edit it for a book

i can understand reading milo's book, but not that thing. i don't hate lauren southern but she's just a kid trying to figure out the world. not the best person to give you a vision of the world. you might as well get a basic gestalt from alex jones:

at least milo has sucked countless cocks which gives him more life experience and maybe some interesting points of view. he also has moved himself through journalistic / liberal circles so at least he has some idea what he's talking about even if just at a plebish level

Clean your room and sort yourself out.

He's an interesting character, and I mean that literally. Milo doesn't seem like a real person, he seems like a character out of a novel.

I'm actually interested in seeing if there is anything human in him besides other guys' dicks.

He's playing a persona (I hope) and I'm expecting either a cocaine overdose or coming out as trans within five years

it's non-fiction.

pretty good, but non-philosophical non-fiction isn't much to be talked about.

Milo is a cutie btw

Trump's books were actually very informative, Art of the Deal was a very good business guide. Crippled America is actually too informative. Despite his flaws as a candidate, Crippled America also perfectly underlined the pathos of the demographic he was appealing to--from an outside view it made it obvious from the outset what his plan was going to be, and it's frankly embarrassing that certain people didn't use it to predict his Rust Belt strategy.

I.E., your enemy literally tells you his plan, "working class white people are suffering, they think nothing is working, they hate politicians. I am going to go act in the opposite manner of a politician to appeal to them and tell them I'm going to make everything better."

Then you just ignore what he said and don't even campaign in the place where WCWs are hurting the most. I don't know how this slipped by everyone but from around June of last year I was 100% certain that Trump would win because despite telling everyone, literally publishing a book telling everyone on the planet his entire strategy, nobody made even the vaguest attempt to counter it.

What's important now is that he also explained phase 2 of his plan: "The economy is going to recover anyway and everyone hates the media and politicians. If things get better AT ALL for those people, and I get railed against by the establishment, they will assume that I am fighting for them and that everyone else is fighting against them. Then they will vote for me a second time."

And everyone is ignoring this part too. For six months every moron in Washington has been following a script Trump wrote for them publicly.

what do we think about his poetry, lads?

Trump didn't come up with that strategy, Cruz used it originally but I guess trump pulled it off better.
And clinton's campaign did try to counter it by relying on the sheer demographic force of cities and suburbs (the whole 'for every working class democrat trump picks up I get two suburban republicans) and it almost worked

I actually disagree in terms of Art of the Deal. I don't think there was actually anything of value to be had from that in terms of business. Rather, it was more of a glimpse into how Trump carries himself and operates. That book, too, describes much of his strategies, ones he uses to this day, specifically unanchoring his negotiating position from something outrageous to more practical. But that strategy can only work for a guy like Trump because he's perceived as irrational, and when you're perceived as irrational, you can play a masterful game of deception. Always have your enemies underestimate your abilities. At least those were my take-away's from it.

Is that the actual book? When did you place your order? also post more excerpts

I want to know what the quality of the book is like, because apparently he's published it under a publishing company he created

Did he get to keep the Simon & Schuster money after they dropped him?

maybe I don't read enough poetry but this sucks. Slightly above Rupi Kaur

Not him, but that's a book of "poetry" he published in the past. It's not Dangerous.

I'm waiting for when he publishes a book about his hair.

His hair is even more dangerous.

I finished reading it 2 days ago, It's pretty much his campus talks, a couple of jokes, and some memoir.
It's nothing intellectually groundbreaking, but I thought it was a fun read.

it's not very good.

He was never relevant. Transgressing by calling BLM stupid and transgressing by trying to communicate research on race and IQ aren't synonymous. He was a stupid attention whore.

as richard spencer recently notifidied the 4th reich on twitter, monsieur, the fabulous (((Mercer))) funded homosexual upstart psuedo-right Kike -- i mean the gamine, Oscar Wilde walking impersonation act (minus the socialism but with the penitent catholic paedophilia fore rather than aft) has sold some hundred and something since this self-published book of dangerous truths fell off the 3d printer or whatever his Mamma bought him to print this, so it is, indeed, by all accounts, monsieur, an absolute best seller, selling like hot cakes, the "Alt Lite" are shitting themselves as we speak at its social traction, setting up patreons and youtube accounts in honour of it, while they wait for Sargon of Akkad to put out a 9/11 truth conspiracy video

It's not that great. All he does is aggregate a few studies that support his right wing arguments (which are useful to know if you're right-of-center), and then throws in a few jokes that you've already heard if you've seen his talks. It reads like the low-IQ, big-print version of Mark Steyn.
