Yeah, I think the closest you'd get to that would be a femur. Maybe trim back the meat with a knife a little before cooking.

Do you not know how muscles work?
They attach the end of one bone to the end of another bone.
You can't have bone sticking out from both sides without wasting meat.

I think he meant to a point where it would result in an exposed upper portion of the bone. Which while not entirely true, it doesn't come out cartoon perfect.

I think he was asking for the other end of an obviously cut bone since the cartoon one shows an entire one that has not been cut.
