Unironically taste like chewy chicken

When i was on a cruise with the family, i had the opportunity to taste the tail of this bad motherfucker. The texture was like eating some sort of rubber from a boot, and it was really firm. To be honest, it really wasn't anything special or culinary. It's a shame they are killed for a lackluster experience such as the tail.

Crocodile and emu. I don't really consider kangaroo "uncommon".

You and your family are horrible people

Sharks are horrible people

I mean kangas bangas, or kangaroo sausage

I always want to try ostrich eggs.

whose sausage did you smoke lmao

It is uncommon for the rest of the world, we're not the only one here

It's tasty for me, I like the texture. Nowadays there are imitations so I just buy those kind. The soup is tasty.

How does crocs taste like?
I heard that it is quite horrible, is that true?

We didn't order the shark, however there was a dinner every evening with different themes where people have been served all kinds of different food.

haha im from Australia, you can literally buy kangaroo meat in the supermarket its right next to the beef.

also i was in Vietnam at the start of the year and im a little ashamed to say i tried dog, tasted just like lamb

Kangaroo steak is way better than any ground kangaroo meat, be it mincemeat, sausages, etc.
Once ground, it has extremely little texture. Less so than ground beef etc.

it really was just rougher chicken. Maybe they just sold chicken as "croc" meat

See mate

Had alligator sisig in the Philippines and yeah, tastes like chicken.

it has chicken texture and looks, but a slightly fishier gamier taste to it
I liked it

>How does crocs taste like?
It's kind of in between chicken and fish in both texture and flavour. So it doesn't taste like anything else in particular.
