too much going on an ugly plet. get a plain white plate. show more pasta than sauce. only two "meatcubes" per plate needed. sprinkle with parsley
Personally I think cubes is an odd and unattractive choice. Why do you prefer cubes?

What if you want more than three meatballs?
Eat one and then put another on
that's too many meatballs if they are a good size
Just make penne ragu at that point
Or just slap 5 meatballs on a plate and eat it with some crostini or warm bread
This is insane.
Cubes are much faster to make. I'm a student and I don't have time to turn it into balls. I just cooked the whole thing in a pan in the oven then cubed it up. I was actually pretty proud of how easy yet delicious it turned out.

How so? It takes seconds to shape a meatball
Even my first day of prep work it took maybe 30 minutes to make a couple 22qt lexans of meatballs alone

Well for starters, don't serve it on fishnet stockings.
