Hey guys! Im gaining weight and it pissing me off! I need recommendations for a quick easy to make diet so I can lose my gut and not look like Dale from KOTH. Im 30 and smoked cigs for ten years. Soon as I quit and moved to vaping I turned into a fat faggot. Plz help me!

I pretty much only eat wings from B dubs. I go there on Tuesday and order 300 and then I freeze them and thaw them out in the microwave when I'm hungry.
Since I started my diet I lost 14lb and it's been 2 years so I'm doing pretty good

Learn to count calories. Eat abundant amounts of fiber. Avoid overly fatty or sugary foods.

Pic related is an example of a good, healthy, low calorie meal that can be eaten three times a day without maxing out on one's calorie intake. It's got lots of different vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B9, C, E, K) and minerals (iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, zinc), several different kinds of essential amino acids, all of this under 300 calories per serving.

Pretty much. I don't drink piss beer though. I drink mostly IPAs a few times a week. Is that a part of the problem? Figured IPAs are healthier and wouldn't cause a beer gut as bad as Pabst or Budweiser.

Exercise and eat healthy. Those two together can't be beat. You are unlikely to lose the weight and keep it off simply by doing one or the other.

Snacking between meals isn't bad, it gives your metabolism a boost.

Okay so I recently stopped cold turkey with the energy drinks for work daily and switched to kombotcha (good right?). So now I think a got a new years res brewing (Thanks Trump). How about bringing yogurt, fruits and veggies for lunch at work and rice/chicken/steak for dinner. No butter, soda and fastfood. Will that work?

If you're not slathering everything in butter or eating sticks of butter for a snack, it's not going to hurt you. I Eat 1800 calories a day and take 2 Tbsp of fiber in the morning, I also have an active job. 5'11" 140 lbs. I used to weigh 205 lbs when i was eating 3200 calories a day of fast food.
