So I made this chicken stock

So I made this chicken stock.

And threw it into a sauce pan

Got some garlic

Gave it the ol slicey dicey

Smooshed it in this thing

Scooped some Greek yogurt into a bowl

Put smooshed garlic into the yogurt and mixed

lurkin'

Got two eggs

Sliced some more grlic

This here pork chorizo. The hard kind. Not the soft kind.

Chopped that up as well

Threw the garlic and chorizo into the simmering broth

Added some lemon to the mix cause I had it

Added the eggs

Gave it a a mix on med- high heat.

Got it to something that looked like this.

I had this parm in the fridge so I that why not use it as garnish

Oh God, that cheap shit is barely even edible.

And wala! My breakfast this morning. It's becoming my new way to eat eggs. Trying out different variations of course. Thanks to all who viewed. Please add some OC to this board.

Stores didn't have anything better.

Scrambled eggs on yogurt?

Hows the texture? It seems like a lot of liquid for a scramble

The eggs are soft and the yogurt has subtle garlic taste. If you be ever had sour cream on eggs, then you'll get the same feel.
