Reading before sleep

>reading before sleep
>extreme fear of inevitable death creeps up

kys before the fear does

take that terror

>realize you have to go pee again
>get annoyed but get up anyway

>driving home
>realize every single day and hour that I don't read is lost forever and I won't get it back or get to try again
>I'm burning up my precious youth

I wish I could live in the beginning of this movie. It's one of the most perfect things ever filmed.

>realize reading fiction is mostly worthless

Why do people think this?

>read before sleep
>mind is too stimulated to sleep

>reading before sleep
>grow increasingly anxious that when I stop reading and try to fall asleep I'll suffer the insomnia I've had for the past year or so
who knew insomnia could cause this much anxiety

...

haha gay

>read before sleep
>get tired and sleep

>read before sleep
>get really comfy and savor every page by looking away from the page at the ceiling, closing my eyes and sighing contently
>fall slowly into the most peaceful contented sleep
>wake up only having read a handful of pages
I think I might have discovered the key to happiness, however I will never be Bloom

insomnia is caused by anxiety
the more you worry about getting to sleep the more you fuck up your sleep, its a feedback loop

>tfw i realised this but some occasional reading of it gives me the escapism and human interaction that i require to face down the daily grind

Life is pointless, affecting other people and then? you die and you can't enjoy the praise.

What movie is it?

there will be blood

Why fear it, since it's inevitable anyway?

Artiist?

>precious youth
