This a tough one. I know I'm dealing with it at the moment and way too late in life. Looking back, I don't know why my father or older brother didn't help me out when it came to women (clearly I was failing miserably from a very young age on despite being at least modestly attractive) but it just never happened. I suggest anyone dealing with this check out the book, "No More Mr. Nice Guy" by Robert Glover.
