Is ZMA still like 20 bucks for a bottle?
Or has the patent expired

What constitutes a good or bad multi?

Good k1 and b12 comprised of methyl.. that's a start.
Bioavailability is the difference

Proper dosages and forms of stuff.
Not missing anything important.

Atleast 5~50mg on the B vitamins.
100+mcg on B12 (not cyano-B12).
Vit D3 instead of D2 and atleast 15mcg.
Vit K2 instead of K1 and atleast 30mcg.

All minerals in organic forms (-citrate, -gluconate, -glycinate, etc) instead of synthetic form (-oxide, -sulphate, -carbonate).
Zinc at 10mg.

ZMA is a fraud. It doesnt work.
Cheaper and more effective: melatonin- hormone for sleeping. Completely effective, safe and is dirt cheap.

Vitamin D is effective, but not in a serious way.
Getting out in the sun is better.

Fish oil is for two cholesterol types.
It is really useful when on cycle.
Otherwise, just eat your fish.

Multi is good.

The only thing that works, proven are steroids.
No doubt about it.
It usually takes time for people to understand that the only thing that works is protein, bcaa, multi and steroids, as a stack.

I tell my clients that if they want to get big naturally, they have to take up other sport activity besides lifting weights.
If you want to get big fast you take roids. Thats about it.

Funny story:
I once had a client who was obsessed with getting big natty, and would buy himself allot of this supplement crap- 100 dollars a month, atleast.
While bulking he started taking weight gainers, though me telling him not to.
The idiot now has love handles and mediocre gains.

I'm trying to be honest here. Forget about that crap and work on your diet, excersise routine and when advanced, your cycle regiment.
This is god tier.

>Zinc 50mg
>L-Argenine 1000mg
>Sunflower Lecithin 1200mg
>Pygeum 100mg
>Drink lots of water

Cum gains, best gains

>getting out in the sun
>when you live in a place that has winter basically over half the year

kek

>live in a place that has winter basically over half the year

allahu akbar my fellow swede cuck

I was actually talking about the midwest (Indiana). Although the hurricanes have made it a little warmer than usual.

>ZMA is a fraud. It doesnt work.
>Cheaper and more effective: melatonin- hormone for sleeping. Completely effective, safe and is dirt cheap.
Magnesium deficiency is most common after vitamin D. It's important for a lot of things in the body and you need (optimally) quite a bit of it.
Zinc is just another mineral that guys are often low in.
Magnesium and zinc are also found in the brain and fulfill certain important roles there.
Taking exogenous melatonin is bad long term, because your body should be regulating hormones, and if it isn't you should figure out what's wrong.

Getting out in the sun is better ofcourse, but many people can't.
In which case vitamin D3 helps a lot.

Fish oil isn't just for cholesterol.
Humans have eaten a near 1:1 omega 3:6 ratio diet for hundreds of thousands of years.
Currenty western diet are 1:15~20.
This impacts physical (and mental) health in so many ways.
Omega 3:6 ratio plays a big role in depression, because the brain should contain a good amount of omega 3.

No, getting vitamin and mineral levels to optimal are proven to work too.
Getting your hormones to optimal levels is proven to work too.

The problem with supplements is that people don't figure out what they actually need and just blindly shell out a lot of money to stuff they don't need.

what do you guys think of MCT Oil?

good.
You know what you are talking about.
Never forget however, that you must have 1-2 year lifting experience to start the roids.
Many people think that those ripped dudes on tv have them naturally.

You know who trains natty?
Train-to-look-good-naked.
And he looks like shit.

Bodybuilding is essentially frauding.
Just like every other sport.
People need that edge to succeed, no matter the consequences.

If you guys want something good, take your omegas, multis, bcaas, protein.
But nothing works as good as a grade-a meal, and the needle/pill.

>inb4 too lazy to put hard work and choose roids
If you have this mentality, it means you are too young/dumb/inexperienced to get to the next level.

Steroids dont give you muscles, and if they do, its not what people would want (a kilo of muscle compared to a whopping 5 or 10).
Roids are meant to increase your load capacity and recovery time. Then you do wonders.

I know this is a bit-off but for some people on this thread this may be golden info to get to know what is in reality bodybuilding and fitness about.

Yeah, I agree with everything here.

One thing I do think people are often forgetting is how healthy they really are.
For example, getting your testosterone to a high (but not supraphysiological) level would be amazing for a lot of guys.
