Gide was right: too much princesses and counts and rich people no one cares about

>hurr patriotism is stupid taking pride in other people's accomplishments is STUPID
>REEEEEEE stop quoting other authors and just assimilate their thoughts into your own arguments!
Surely you can see how after enough nagging in the first degree, that the second is merely a logical progression. What's the point in articulating an argument that takes credit in someone else's thought? Sure, I can agree with what someone else philosophized and utilize it rhetorically: but in lockstep I have been conditioned to attribute what is someone else's to their own person.

This is why you never take instruction from roasties, lads. They only think they know what they want until you appease them and they are even more unhappy than they were before you severed your testicles (for obvious reasons: no woman wants a literal cuck). Sad!

>Doesn't post the gif version of that image

Have you ever used a wheel, or a computer, or a chair? You don't have to take pride for yourself in the creations of someone else to use their creations, though the creator himself should be praised for their creation. You've made a fatal non-sequitur tbqh

which bible translation do you consider the best?
>inb4 vulgate, I know you can't actually read latin

I can't even being to fathom how wrong this thread is.
Only plebs read, retard.

>modern """culture"""

underrated post

Literally projecting, ebin.

>He can't solve the time-depended Schrödinger equation for the eigenvalues

>"""modern""" (((culture)))

New Testament should be read in Koine Greek. Greek should be studied specifically for this reason, with an added benefit of shedding some light on the pagan Greek philosophers. Classical Hebrew (and, to a lesser extent, Aramaic) ought to be studied to some degree to expand one's understanding of the Old Testament, but the Greek Septuagint is more than sufficient for most purposes. Far superior to the latin Vulgate. English translations are not for the truly educated, but are only acceptable because they give broad access to the plebeian class. In this sense, the KJV is decent and has made a solid contribution to the world. But if your understanding comes only from the KJV you are, sadly, a pleb.

>(((modern))) "culture"
Got that one backwards senpai, modernity is the problem and the culture it spawns is nonexistent.

Law of non-contradiction is proof of that my imbecile friend.

Wtf have you been smoking? Do you even know what logic is?

>Law of non-contradiction

>>subscribes to a philosophy ("i'm a nihilist/absurdist/[whatever]")

Retarded. If more people subscribed to a set of rational principles, society would be so much better off.

You are retarded.

Have you ever thought that you might be the pleb, OP?

How do you mispronounce Nietzsche?

>The Iliad
