Tomato sauce

Sweet or acidic?
Chunky or creamy?

sweet with a balsamic aftertaste, chunky unless sun-dried.

sweet and salty.

Sweet and chunky

>sauce just dumped on top of the pasta
Alright you've made me upset

Sweet, chunky and with a hint of chili

i bet you like the sauce touching the plate like a fucking faggot, wasting it all as it gets smeared on the plate, dumbass.

>hint of chili

Wanna know how i know ur american?

Acidic/chunky (can I have chunks in a creamy sauce?)

>what is peperoncino
wanna how I know ur a fucking pleb?

Actually no, I'm Finnish. I like spicy food, but for regular tomato sauce I don't need it to be too spicy.

I'm finnish too, your taste has been americanised. Mee nukkuun saatana.

acidic and creamy, fuck faggots using chunky tomatoes

>I'm Finnish. I like spicy food
Sorry Erno, mayonaisse mixed with dill and sour cream doesn't qualify as spicy. Better luck in your next life where you have a genetic tolerance for spice.

>genetic tolerance

You know we have whole brands here in finland for hot sauces?

Get back to cleaning the floors José

sweet and smooth sauce

i always blend my sauce after cooking

>Sweet or acidic?
No one ever told me this was a choice I could make.

>finland
>hot sauce
Pick one or at least show one you snow nog.

It's implied lmao.

Acidic and creamy, lots of basil and a bit of chili

Grew up eating Ragu, Prego etc....married an Italian...when first eating at her parents house was horrified at how bitter and acidic sauce was.
Choke it down to be polite.
Didn’t know sauce and entire meal was infused with enough Olive oil to choke a horse.
Spend rest of evening with gut wrenching, explosive diarrhea.

>Didn’t know sauce and entire meal was infused with enough Olive oil to choke a horse.
This fucked me over bad one time with Italian food

kdk

Acidic and salty with a lot of herbs.

chunky acidic master race
all other combos are literal child tier

Doesn't matter as long as it is made with San Marzano tomatoes only.

Sweet and spicy

San Marzanos are a fucking meme. You don't need them to make a good sauce.

How is the best sauce tomato in the world a meme?
You can make good sauce without them but for a truly excellent sauce you need to step up your game.

>He thinks San Marzanos are the best tomatoe for sauce.

I was being brash. But honestly I don't think they're categorically superior to other types of tomatoes or worth the premium.

What do you like about them?

I like their sweetness, low acidity and texture. Just crush them by hand a bit and they're perfect
I only use them in dishes where the tomato is the main flavour. E.g. I wouldn't use them in a bolognese because that's mostly about the meat simmering for hours, but I'd use them in Spaghetti alla napoletana or similar.

I'm going to choke you for being a fucking faggot for liking high fructose corn syrup sauce.

ThEn WuAht DoO YoU uzE AnoNyMouse?

Every hardcore tomato enthusiast knows you use Polish Linguisa and Mexico Midget 60/40 for sauce. That's like day one at school tomate.

I'e never seen those in a local grocery store, let alone canned.

Where and how do you buy yours?

>school tomate

Underground tomato railroad, do you have tor?
