make it yourself BITCH

just make some. tastes way better

Wouldn't that just be fatty vinegary soy sauce?

Yes. In the hearts and minds of children everywhere.

>soy = soy sauce

This, basically. You can find store bought mayonnaise that uses olive oil or canola oil, or even avocado oil, but it's so easy to make, just do it yourself.

Ok I will make my own, give me a recipe.
Also, if I wanted to make a chipotle, or some other spicy variant, how would i proceed?
And do I need a food processor? Or can i just stir that shit or something?

post recipes and ideas so you can bitch about them? Go ask google you lazy bitch.

Do this. Omit the garlic.

There's a brand called Just Mayo that is canola, no soybean. I haven't tried it. I'm a Duke's fan since it has no sugar. Otherwise I buy mexican mayonesa with that nice lime flavor, an alternative to the vinegar-lemony mayo flavor.

>Omit the garlic
ALL RIGHT YOU NEED TO FUCKING LEAVE NOW!

OP wanted mayo. Regular mayo doesn't have garlic.

wait, where can you even get soybean based mayonnaise?

1 spoon mustard
salt pepper
add oil and whisk hard at the same time until it mayonnaise

Avacado mayo

>Thinks soybean oil is comparable to soy sauce.

Oh, 4Chins. You guys are a special kind of retarded.

I use an avocado oil based one from primal kitchen, it is super thick. I love it though. Or i make my own from either olive oil, avocado oil, or bacon grease.

oh and this is a good way to make mayo w an immersion blender. tasteslovely.com/easiest-3-minute-homemade-mayonnaise/

>soy
>in mayonaise
what le fuck?

I tried another canola-based mayo before and it tasted like cardboard. Just Mayo is amazing. I tried it once at a vegan food sampling and it tastes just like the real thing.

Mayo ought to be olive oil based.

>canola
>*facepalm*

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canola

Sir Kensington’s mayo is made with sunflower oil, which is one of the healthiest vegetable oils. You usually have to go to health food stores to find it. Primal kitchen mayo is made with avocado oil. There are a few brands made with canola oil but canola is really bad for you. Maybe worse than soy

he's American or Brazilian

>sunflower oil
>You usually have to go to health food stores to find it.

WHAT

user is probably talking about high oleic sunflower oil.

can you store homemade mayo

A week to be on the safe side, just remember to use an acidic component in the mix.

*In the fridge of course, so don't make a ton at once.

>Does mayonnaise that is non soybean based exist ?
The fuck are you smoking?
Mayonnaise does not have anything to do with soy. It's naturally soy free, so don't worry about becoming feminine from it, you'll just get fat.

funny enough the acidic portion works better at room temp. so leave your mayo out of the fridge when you first make it for about 4 hours then refrigerate. I'm sourcing alton Brown
