Black 99% of the time usually pour over or espresso. Occasionally I will make what is essentially a doppio ristretto cortado but breve style if I want a really rich, milky drink. I quit smoking 4 years ago aside from a cigar a handful of times a year.

if i'm making it myself then bustelo in a moka pot, about 1-3 minutes over. otherwise nyc black garbage water with two sugars in pic related.
Same as only that I sometimes use a moka pot if I'm really tired. Oh and a double espresso after dinner at a retaurant.
