People who start threads like these are really proud of their meals because it's probably the first time they've cooked something so complex on their own. They have no idea what they're doing, and don't realize that you have to undercook your eggs (and apparently over cook your bacon).

Try stirring more and having them spend less overall time on the heat, the creaminess will drastically improve. Ramsey's method works well, even if you hate him for and reason. Butter and eggs should and is enough to make great eggs.
