Bavarian Mint Fudge

1 Tbsp butter
12 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips
12 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp Peppermint Extract
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Line an 11" x 7" pan with foil and set aside.

In a heavy saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and butter over low heat until melted; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in the milk and extracts until well blended. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set.

Using the foil, lift fudge out of the pan. Discard the foil; cut fudge into 1" squares. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: About 2½ pounds.

NOTE: Keep chocolate over low heat when adding the condensed milk and extracts. The mix starts to cool if not, and it comes out lumpy.

Dark Chocolate Cherry Fudge

1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
5oz can Evaporated Milk
2 Tbsp Butter
¼ tsp Salt
2 cups Miniature Marshmallows
10oz pkg Dark Chocolate Morsels
¾ cup / 4oz Dried Cherries, coarsely chopped
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Line 8" square baking pan with foil.

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

STIR in marshmallows, morsels, dried cherries and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into 48 pieces.

Cookies 'n' Cream Fudge

3 6oz packages White Chocolate baking squares
1 14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
⅛ tsp Salt
3 cups Oreos, coarsely crushed

In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white chocolate squares, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in crushed cookies.

Spread evenly into wax-paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Turtle Fudge

14 oz Caramel
1 Tbsp Evaporated Milk
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
1½ cups Chopped Pecans

Grease a 8"x8" baking dish.
Melt caramel and evaporated milk together in a microwave safe bowl, or according to package directions. Set aside.
On stove top over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened conduced milk and salt. Heat until chocolate is melted stirring consistently.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Pour half of the fudge mixture in the pan.
Pour the caramel over the fudge.
Pour remaining half of fudge over the caramel, swirl gently with a knife.
Cover and refrigerate until set.

Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge

3 cups White Chocolate
1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp Butter
1 ½ cups Marshmallow Fluff
1 box (3.4 oz) Jell-O Cheesecake Pie Filling Mix
3 Tbsp Jell-O Strawberry Gelatin
¼ cup Heavy Cream

Prep a 9"×9" or a 9"×13" dish with wax paper.
Mix the chocolate chips and butter with the sweetened condensed milk and melt over medium heat in a saucepan.
Once smooth, add in the cheesecake mix and stir until combined.
Add in the marshmallow fluff and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour ⅔ of the mixture into your pan.
Add 1-3 Tbsp of the strawberry gelatin mix as well as ¼ cup warmed heavy cream into the remaining mixture. Stir until even in color.
Pour the remaining mixture into the pan, use a toothpick to swirl the two together.
Refrigerate until set, remove from pan and cut.

Damn i want to make some of these, tempted, but probably would have to do a different recipe, only have a bit of heavy cream, chocolate chips, some basic ingredients and on ecan ofcondensed milk

I can confirm the Bavarian Mint and Chocolate Cherry are really good. If I had to choose between the two, it would be Cherry, but it would be close.

Only have the one type of chocolate and pretty much missing 1-2 ingredients for all the ones posted sadly

Combine dark chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk in medium, heavy-duty saucepan.

Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract. Gently stir in remaining ½ cup DelightFulls morsels just until morsels are covered.

Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped DelightFulls morsels. Press gently into fudge. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces. Store refrigerated in airtight container.

Kahlúa Fudge

3½ cup White Chocolate Chips
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
¼ c. Kahlúa
½ tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. Salt
½ c. Chocolate Espresso Beans, crushed, divided

Line an 8” x 8” pan with parchment paper and grease with nonstick cooking spray. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on medium power for 1 minute intervals, stirring after each minute.

When mixture is smooth and no lumps remain, stir in Kahlúa, vanilla, salt and half the crushed espresso beans. Pour into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with more crushed espresso beans. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until fudge is set.
