It's best cold. I find the cooling down and congealing process really makes a pizza's flavor mature. Nothing better than properly matured pizza.

It depends how cold or how hot. Around body temp is supposed to be the best because your body isn't reacting to a different temperature. I usually reheat my food to crisp it up again or whatever but then let it cool down to near room temp.
