Toasted bread, slab of onion, mayo, spam. Makes for a tasty meal IMO

Too greasy for my tastes, but flavor wise they're not bad.

Onion, cheese, lettuce, tomato, lots of mustard. Toast the bread and fry the spam.

All I've currently decided on is fried spam, onion, and mustard on a potato roll. Should I caramelize the onion? Should I use dijon or yellow?

American cheese and a fried egg on white bread.

Peanut butter. Seriously.

Fry an egg, toast the bread/muffin/bagel, fry the spam, add mayo, cheese, ketchup.

Fry the onion with the spam and go with the dijion

Ok so I think I'm going to fry the onion with the spam, top with american cheese, dijon mustard, and toast the potato bread buns.
