Those have been my top three for several years now. I used to like heavier flavors when I was younger, but nowadays I prefer lighter flavors. Although a good classic mint chocolate chip can still get me going.

Should I make the Japanese style green tea ice cream or look for a more americanized recipe?
Because every time I go full Asian, everyone else hates the ice cream.
I've made black sesame and red bean paste. I believe the asian recipes tend to have less sugar while all the ice creams that go over well are able to produce spontaneous diabetes.

Pretty sure its matcha. I wish I could find some decent stuff here, I've had some that doesn't have a strong enough flavour, others mix in white chocolate or wafflecone pieces.

Especially love the coffee liqueur with coffee beans.

A good pistachio icecream is still unbeatable for me.
Though i've had surprisingly good icecream in morocco, namely mint tea with honey. Orange blossom was also pretty good.
