Shashuka thread, I want to make it for dinner tonight

My negro. I like to add some spicy pork sausage and a good helping of garlic to my shakshuka.
I also like a hearty whole-wheat batard as the bread for the meal.

My wife is a fan of the stuff I make, that said... I haven't done it in a while. The version I make is guaranteed to contain a high amount of bacon.

Could you do it in a dough bowl like an ethnic 'go 'za?

2 large ripe tomatoes
bell pepper
1 medium size onion
Eggplant(optional)
Garlic
Tomato paste( optional )
hot sausage ( optional)
Paprika
Cumin
salt
pepper
eggs

that sounds great

And cilantro to garnish.
