Tea if either at all.
Coffee is for total pieces of shit.

why is this even a question.
coffee tasted horrible without additives, and its bad for your health
same with green and black tea.

herb tea thats where its at.
liquorice gang where u at

Coffee for energy, tea to relax

What's wrong with you

this, and I also really like tea (honey optional but appreciated) when I'm sick

but I like the taste of coffee, particularly espresso, a lot more

Depends on the context, but generally I prefer a decent coffee for both flavour and utility.

herb tea isn't tea
tea is a specific plant
anything that isn't blended with that specific plant isn't tea
take your vegetable broth somewhere else, call it anything but tea

>Needing tea or coffee to 'wake up'
>not knowing other ways to wake up and help improve your well being at the same time
>drinking the liquid jews
Maybe i just have a large bias because whenever i have drunk coffee or tea for staying up or 'waking up' it never helped. They also don''t help with health at all especially when you have people chucking in a cup of sugar to their drinks, not realizing that by doing so they will get a sugar rush that dies quickly and leaves them down and think they need more coffee but thus repeat the process
I also don't get how people get addicted to caffeine.

Hot chocolate

Tim hortons, medium black coffee with 1/3 steped tea. Tea mellows out the caffiene and
the coffee makes the tea not taste as shitty.

You're mixing it?

There's literally no such thing as a sugar rush.
>I also don't get how people get addicted to caffeine.
Exactly the same way as every other addictive substance? Caffeine addiction is very mild, however, and restoring base sensitivity only takes a week or two of abstinence.

Tea

I love coffee.

I dislike tea, but I'll drink it at night if I want something hot.

Coming through

I usually drink coffee but I like tea sometimes.

>whenever i have drunk coffee or tea for staying up or 'waking up' it never helped.

hmm really makes u think also see e.g. scholar.google.com/scholar?cluster=8932981988330974340&hl=en&as_sdt=0,5

>They also don''t help with health at all
if not, there must be some hellacious confounders in the data: wikipedia.org/ wiki/ Coffee # Mortality

mighty expensive for hot water that tastes like grass clippings

also,
>cooking grade

(though I do like a matcha every so often when a coffee would be too much caffeine)

Coffee in the morning (10:30am is the coffee cutoff), tea in the afternoon and evening.

I’m sure this will trigger the bongs but lemon iced tea is the best of all.

Fpbp

Coffee isn't bad for your health, and then you go to say you like liquorice, lmao.

I drink both. I have a 10 hour work day and it starts early so I need somwthing. I start with coffee and switch to tea after. Drinking just one is boring.
